Note: Janet announced this was her last meeting as chair, I want to thank her for her years of service organizing this committee on behalf of the retailers and the chamber. Thank you Janet and we appreciate all you have done! 

Sidewalk Sale recap: 

 Generally, was a good year. All agreed this week was a good week to continue to hold the sales 

Will do July 20,21,22 in 2023 

Beachcomber event: 

 Discussion: Was good event - Ambulance was a great recipient to support. 

Met our goal to give $2000 donation 

We had gathered names of all providers for the event in a google doc when working on Solstice 

Paul Harris and Michele worked the event form 1:30 to 7:30pm to ensure smooth execution 

Scarecrows: slow sales - $25 October 15th emails out registrations starting,   

Fall festival – tabled for this year. Michele will have witches hats at the Bauer Park festival to be decorated and distributed to the shops the week of the 17th for the weeks leading up to Halloween. 

Holiday Events- Decided 12.1 for Ladies night in 2022 

Liz from RJ will reach out to Madison Cinemas about holiday movies 

Shop Small & Santa Visit – November 25 

Love your local posters- print for holidays 

Men’s night- small concentrated group Willow & Birch will do 12-15
