17 Wall Street
17 Wall Street, Madison is one of Connecticut’s historic homes of Italianate architecture, built-in 1854, with a cupola and the home of Alva Orrin Wilcox, (1799-1887). The home was moved from the corner of Boston Post Rd to its current location to make room for the Madison CT Post Office in 1936. Owner, Lurrae Lupone has recently refreshed the building to serve as an Executive Office Building conveniently located downtown on Wall Street. Two offices are available on the second floor.
