North Madison Congregational Church was founded more than 250
years ago. The church proper, built in 1784, is six miles inland from
the Connecticut shoreline and is a member congregation of the United

Shoreline Greenway Trail is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to building a path and enhancing connections for bicyclists, walkers and hikers on the Connecticut Shoreline from New Haven to Madison.

The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest veterans service organization committed to mentoring and sponsorship of youth programs in our communities advocation patriotism and honor promoting a strong national security and continued devotion to our fellow service members and veterans.
